Inspire educators, strengthen communities, transform learning

This unprecedented year of challenge has called for an uncommon focus on resilience, but you can address the stress of teaching—and daily life—any year by supporting educators with social-emotional learning. This module, Resilience During Crisis, is just one part of our upcoming professional learning program, Second Step SEL for Adults. It will help educators add to their social-emotional skills and knowledge, support their day-to-day well-being, and create a positive school climate for each other and their students. Designed to be accessed by a community of adults in the school across multiple school years as a shared experience and investment in collective efficacy, it addresses topics such as trust, stress management, self-care, and building relationships with colleagues. It features continuous, mobile-friendly learning experiences for K–12 educators, support for small-group discussions, and a learning path specifically tailored for school leadership.

Because you signed up for this field-test, we'll keep you updated on the development of Second Step SEL for Adults and inform you of any new opportunities for testing the program. Find our more at Secondstep.org/SELA
