You’ll take a survey to help you reflect on how your ability to meet others’ expectations has changed since the crisis and learn a technique to ask for help or support when you need it.

You’ll learn a powerful gratitude routine that, if used regularly, can help offset your stress and strengthen your school community.

Recognizing Each Other
You’ll learn simple routines for recognizing your colleagues in ways that can bring you closer, build resilience, and remind you and your colleagues regularly that “You’ve got this.”

Microlearning 5
Reflection
You’ll review your responses and action plans from the microlearings in this unit and reflect on key learnings and routines that you want to use as you continue to help your colleagues build their resilience during this pandemic.
